Corporate Girl: Grey

Mr Price Skirt & T-shirt; Old Blazer; Charles & Keith Shoes;
Blackcherry Bag; Zuri Necklaces & Wrist Bands
If you work in a corporate environment, you may be frustrated at times as it’s a little more difficult to express your individuality in a sea of suits. This look is appropriate for the office, without sacrificing personal style.
Black is the go-to colour for safe corporate wear, but try to switch it up with grey – it’s means business too. Here I’ve piled on the grey, in different textures (and prints, though very subtle) to keep it interesting.
Instead of the common shirt, try a tshirt for a change. Get a few basic t-shirts in your best colours – it will serve you well! Adding a blazer always prevents it from looking too laid back.
Lastly, work with accessories and shoes. This is the best way to express yourself in a rigid workplace – you may incorporate statement pieces into your look (nothing crazy!) – choose pieces that suit you and represent you well. I kept my jewellery simply here, but added wrist bands to my everyday watch, and added a fun (but structured) bag.

Thanks for coming by.
